I was a participating claimant receiving medication at rescue med for a short period of time and they are simply phenomenal, but unfortunately due to politics with the federal government I was not able to continue getting my medication through the Dept. Of Labor. The staffing there is absolutely amazing. They are all very kind & professional. The customer service is exemplary. I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin McCarthy, Amy, Sebastian, Dr. Jonathan Fenner and Colleen Shields! What a great group of folks to do business with! I miss them dearly! I give this company an A+. I was referred to RescueMeds because I was continuously being denied by the workmen's comp adjuster. So lawyer referred to them. I was treated with by a pleasant Edie. She is awesome. I gave her all the information that she needed. I was processed by the end of the day. I am receiving my meds tomorrow morning through FedEx. I recommend RescueMeds to who ever has to deal with the Workmen's Comp clan.
I had a frustrating experience trying to get my prescriptions filled at my local Walmart, waiting five days with no results. Feeling desperate, I reached out to Kevin at RescueMeds, and he assured me they could help. True to his word, my doctor sent the prescriptions to RescueMeds, and to my relief, my meds were delivered to my door the very next day. RescueMeds pharmacy I recommend they are professional with great customer service. They bring your medication in a timely manner regardless of inclement weather.
Today, I was contacted by a very cheerful gentleman named Kevin McCarthy. He reached out to discuss the medications that I would require after my surgery. Although I initially declined the medications that my doctor had prescribed, Mr. McCarthy took the time to explain why they were necessary. He demonstrated great sympathy, especially considering that I had been in an accident six months ago. Overall, I would say that Mr. McCarthy is an alright guy.

If your not working with Kevin, you are doing yourself a SERIOUS DISSERVICE. KEVIN is THE STANDARD RescueMeds should use. This man answers the phone, CALL 1 EVERYTIME. He NEVER leaves a question unanswered nor will he rush you off the phone. Truly a PLEASURE to deal with the guy.

I'm happy with the service because when a prescription is not there, the pharmacist calls me and checks with my doctor. The medication is always on time.
They do a good job of taking care of your proscriptions and shipping them to you in a timely manner, you honestly don’t even think about your refills when using them.they do all the work for you.
This company is awesome before I started using them I had to fight with my pharmacy all the time since using them I never have to fight with workman's comp or a pharmacy when I get low they take care of everything and they are committed to assisting firefighters would definitely recommend
